TMK Story video of year 2020

The yearly video of our years story is now out for 2020!
In this video you can see what our 2020 was like, of course presented by using some TMK humour!

TMK Multigrab is here!

Friday 30th of October 2020 at TMK’s Birthdayparty we celebrated the start of our own factory and production a year ago and announced two completely new products. TMK is jumping into a new market with TMK Multigrab.

TMK Multigrab is suitable for a wide range of tasks. Demolition grab, sorting grab, root shear, stump puller, rake – you name it! You can read more about TMK Multigrab at https://tmktreeshear.com/multigrab/

The TMK Turbo evo2 cylinder, which had been under development for two years, also saw the light of day. TMK Turbo evo2 is a more advanced version of the patented TMK Turbo, which has gained great popularity around the world. The TMK Turbo evo2 increases work efficiency when the small and large cylinders work together without the delay in the previous Turbo cylinder, making the cylinder extremely fast. The Turbo evo2 is also more powerful with the enlargement of a larger cylinder.

At TMK’s Birthday Party, in addition to product announcements, we also saw amazing work shows, made live streams on Facebook, went on factory tours, got acquainted with a wide range of operations, from managing work and equipment to wood chipping, and of course ate a birthday cake. The party was attended by a lot of people and the atmosphere was quite warm, despite the slightly cold weather.

Thanks to all participants.

TMK Auctions «Pink Edition» TMK 300 to fight against COVID-19

We are asking you to join to the fight against COVID-19 – with style!

We all have felt the effects of the pandemic roaming around the globe. TMK is also greatly affected by the situation, but we wanted to do something about it.

On April 1st we made an April fools joke of making a pink Tree Shear and people got excited.

The april’s fools post from Facebook.

So we put our heads together with Ritchie Bros. and catched two birds with one stone.
TMK 300 «Pink Edition» is now on charity auction. We will donate 50% of the selling price to WHO’s COVID-19 response fund (learn more from here: https://covid19responsefund.org/) and Ritchie Bros. will donate the buyers fee to a charity of their choosing to fight Corona virus.

Now is a unique once in a lifetime change to get yourself a pink TMK 300 shear and also help the cause at the same time. ?
We also highly encourage everyone to help fight this pandemic by donating to effective charities if possible, but at least by acting according the local recommendations to help reduce the virus from spreading. ?

TMK 300 the «Pink Edition» auction ends on wednesday 29.4.2020.

Start bidding now!

Corona & TMK

No worries: TMK Tree Shear works normally during a coronavirus pandemic.

We want to emphasize now that TMK is doing the job as usual and tree shears are delivered to customers as normal. New facilities and freight partners allow extremely fast delivery times to customers. (However, we do not supply toilet paper.)

Some of our people are already doing most of the work remotely, and they have switched to working full-time from home, but that doesn’t affect our company’s reachability. You can contact us by phone, email, website, social media channels and smoke signals.

So now is a good time to invest in a high-quality tree shear and head towards the forest. There is no danger of being exposed to the corona when you snap trees by yourself in the woods.

Factory’s topping out

Today we celebrated the factory’s topping out traditionally with pea soup and cake.

Everyone who works at the site was invited and we even got the municipal manager Matti Mäkinen and the nearby gas stations CEO Jari-Pekka Koponen to come and celebrate with us.

Next we are able to pour the concrete to the floor and after that we will get the walls up and move on the inside.

Our new employees José and Robert

TMK hired two new employees at the start of the year to strengthen our continuosly growing market. José Fernández and Robert Kurki started working with permanent contracts in early January 2019.

José has a strong background and years of experience in export and took the challenge of being responsible for building our new South-American market. Currently José is also responsible for Spain, France, Italy and Portugal in addition to South-America.

Robert stepped in to fill the big boots left by Markus Särkkä, who continued on his path towards new challenges. Robert has previously worked with sales in telecommunications and at marketing with hotels- & restaurants in domestic market. As of now, he is responsible for our sales and resellers & importers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Belgium and Canada.

TMK’s team is soon to even double its current size due to the ongoing building of our own factory and recruitment for the new employess. Are You interested in working and growing with us? Read more from https://energiakoura.fi/tyoura-tmklla/ and apply now!

Here is a 3D render of the headquarters.

TMK’s business has been growing strongly for the past years and now it’s time to take the next step to provide our customers even better service and higher quality.
The growth opportunities are still very strong for TMK and as new markets open up internationally. These new production facilities accompanied with efficient training center, will improve our customer experience through higher quality products, faster response time and more thoroughly trained sales teams across the globe.

The building process has now been started with ground work and the factory is to be completed on November 2019.

We hope to see you in the factory’s opening party next fall.

Delimber now available for every TMK model

Very popular attachment, especially on TMK 300, the Delimber has been available for TMK 200 for a while and now finally for TMK 400 as well. Whatever the size of your machine, you can now add the Delimber to your shear package and thus ensure the best possible versatility to your tree clearing job.

Our Delimber works without any expensive feeding systems, so it is very simple and mechanically controlled attachment. With Delimber TMK 400 can de-limb up to 400 mm trees. You can even use the Delimber for material handling and for cleaning the fallen brush as you can see from the video below.
